Indutherm Vacuum Pressure Casting Machine VC 460V

We have developed our new program-controlled, fully automatic VC 460 V vacuum pressure castingmachine specifically for casting jewellery with embedded stones and for casting filigree shapes. On theone hand, we have developed the approved BLUE POWER vibration system specifically for thecasting of very delicate parts. Secondly, the VC 460 V has an innovative high-speed overpressuresystem with up to 3 bar overpressure. The new automatic closing and locking system of the meltingchamber closes the lid at the touch of a button and locks it reliably, quickly and gently. It represents an enormous increase in convenience and enables an even higher production speed

Indutherm High Temperature Casting Machine MTC 100 V

The MTC 100 V is a completely new, highly professional casting system for casting platinum or otherhigh-temperature metal to be molten in ceramic crucibles. Instead of the error-prone centrifugalcasting principle, Blue Power relies on a specially developed, automatic pressure and tilting system.

The combination of the tilt casting principle and sophisticated, automatic vacuum/overpressure controlenables excellent mold flling for both delicate and solid castings, which is additionally supported bythe proven Blue Power vibration system. Another advantage is the very compact design of the MTC 100 V compared to centrifugal casting machines.

The most imporlant technical data is the cruclble copocity of 250 g steel or 600 g Pt, mold sizes up toØ100*150 mm and a maximun temperature of 2100°C. A single or oplional multi-wavelength infraredpyrometer, automatic titing with adjustable speed and variable pressure build-up ensure oplimalprocess control and consistently high casting quality.

The new machine is extremely versatile as it can also work with a graphite crucible to cast alloys forexample based on AU, Ag, Cu and others There is no need to change any hardware components of theinduction system.

In addition, the machine can handle investment molds (flasks), shell molds, ingot systems and anyother molding system that fits into the chamber.

This technology, which was revolutionary for the jewelry sector, quickly became widespread. For many years, PUK welding machines were designed exclusively for the jewelry industry; however, in 2013, they were further developed to meet the needs of different sectors. Following the jewelry sector, PUK Micro TIG Welding Machines were first adapted for the dental industry and later for industrial applications.

By 2018, PUK welding machines specifically designed for channel letter manufacturing were developed and introduced to the advertising industry. Today, PUK welding machines are used in many fields including jewelry, eyeglass repair, advertising, dentistry, hobbies, and various industrial applications. This user-friendly and practical technology has provided solutions to more than 500 users.
