Wet Sandblasting Machine

This new wet (water-based) sandblasting machine is an innovative, upgraded version of traditional dry sandblasting machines.

The sandblasting quality is clearer and cleaner compared to conventional sandblasting machines. After sandblasting, no fingerprints or oxidation occur on the surface.

The machine can be used with abrasives ranging from 40 to 320 microns in thickness.

The machine can be operated in four different modes:

  • With sand and water together
  • With sand only
  • As a water spray only for cleaning parts
  • With air only for drying parts

All these operations are achieved by adjusting the positions of the valves inside the cabinet. The entire cabinet is made of stainless steel and features built-in lighting. The water tank can be continuously refilled via a hose.
