Tilting-Type Melting Machines

• Designed for melting large and bulky parts, for example for the refinery sector, or
• For casting large parts into shell moulds.

Indutherm TF series machines are devices that have been tested and proven worldwide by precious metal refineries.

Tilting-type melting machines are mainly used in two areas:

1. They are used for melting large-sized parts, especially for melting casting sprues and runners, as well as press and CNC residues. Thanks to the 30 kW generator power and low-frequency induction, excellent mixing of the molten metal and fast melting are achieved.
2. For casting large and bulky parts into shell moulds.

New TF 2000 and TF 4000

The TF 2000 and TF 4000 models have been completely improved compared to other tilting melting machines available on the market. Thanks to the new high-performance generator, very fast melting and excellent mixing of the molten metal are achieved. Depending on the model, the crucible volumes range from 2000 to 4000 ccm, corresponding to a maximum of 60 kg of 18-carat gold.

For gentle mould filling, the tilting angle can be locked at different angles during tilting. In this way, damage to the crucible is also prevented.

Since the operator tilting lever is located on the side of the machine, the operator is kept away from potential hazards that may occur while working near the machine during operation.
