Sheet Shears with Double Blades

It has been specially designed by our company to quickly and neatly cut the backing material frequently required during manufacturing.

It cuts with a maximum tolerance of (0.1) mm.

Backing material up to a maximum thickness of (0.3) mm can be cut.

It is preferred for hollow ring work and mould bands. It cuts from both sides of the backing. The band that emerges from the middle is the band of the desired size. The thickest backing it can cut is 1.5 mm, provided that the backing width is at least 15 mm. The narrowest liner dimension that can be cut depends on the thickness of the scissors’ blades. For this reason, the desired narrowest liner width must be specified when placing the order.

Minimum cutting width: 6 mm, provided that the maximum liner thickness is 0.5 mm.

Maximum parallelism tolerance: (0.1) mm
