Dosing Pump

It is a universal dosing pump designed to dispense precise and controlled amounts of paint, enamel, adhesive, oil, sealant, solder paste, and similar liquids. The system operates via a foot pedal and uses compressed air up to a maximum of 8 bar. Thanks to its adjustable pressure control, the liquid inside the syringe can be applied accurately to very small points or wider surface areas. The syringe, syringe adapters, and dispensing needles can be replaced quickly and easily. When required, the unit can be integrated into automated production lines or workstations.

In addition to the device, syringes, syringe adapters, and dispensing needles in the dimensions listed below must be supplied. The configuration is determined by the customer according to the specific application requirements.
