Durston cylinders are leaders in the precision rolling sector with their strong and durable construction. Durston TUI series cylinders are cheaper than the DRM series but are designed to deliver the same quality and results. Almost the same components are used as in the DRM series, such as rolls (rollers), cast gearbox, etc. The factors that reduce the cost are as follows: aluminium is used instead of a steel gearbox, and steel is used instead of grey cast iron for the main housing in the middle. The right roller of the TUI 130 model is designed for rolling strips, while the left roller is designed for rolling wires. Thanks to the side rollers (rollers) on both sides, the wires can also be given a fishbone (semicircular) shape. The 1.1 kW silent motor is suitable for continuous operation. The cylinder rolls (rollers) have a hardness of 64 HRC. Bidirectional operation and adjustable speed are standard features. The emergency stop button, safety bars, side rollers and upper gear housings are safety features of the device.
