Tuı C130 Motorized Single-Sided Cylinder, Wire + Sheet

Durston TUI series rolling mills are designed to be more affordable than the DRM series while delivering the same quality and results. Almost the same components as the DRM series are used, such as the rolls and the cast gearbox. The cost reduction is achieved by using aluminum instead of a steel gearbox and steel instead of cast iron for the central main housing. The rolls of the TUI C130 model are designed for both flat (strip) rolling and wire rolling. Thanks to the side rolls, wires can also be formed into a herringbone (half-round) profile. Its quiet 1.1 kW motor is suitable for continuous operation. The rolling mill rolls have a hardness of 64 HRC. Bidirectional operation and adjustable speed are standard features. Safety measures on the machine include an emergency stop button, safety bars, side roller guards, and upper gear guards.
