SMD601 Plus Profiling is one of the world’s most advanced security systems, designed to prevent the theft or accidental removal of critical metal objects (jewelry, electronic components, precious metals) from warehouses and manufacturing facilities.

 

This system not only detects metal; it also recognizes fixed metals on a person and creates a “personal signature.”

 

Ground-Breaking Profiling Technology: As personnel pass through the system, the amount of metal on them is compared with their previously recorded personal profile. In this way, fixed metals such as medical implants, dental fillings, or wedding rings are ignored, while even the smallest new item intended to be removed from the facility is instantly detected.

 

Full Internal and External Body Screening: It scans every point of the body, from shoe level to head height. It operates with the highest sensitivity regardless of whether objects are carried on the body or inside the body (body cavities).

 

Respectful of Personal Privacy and Fast Throughput: With a non-invasive screening method, it protects personnel privacy. By indicating the exact location of the alarm on the body (pinpointing), it minimizes manual search time.

 

Advanced Network Support (MDNA): Up to 50 detectors can be interconnected over a network. Once personnel are registered, they can pass through any SMD601 Plus unit in the facility using their own profile.

 

Very Low False Alarm Rate: Since it can distinguish fixed metals even at very high sensitivity levels, it prevents unnecessary stops and does not disrupt operational flow.
