Melting Unit MUV400–MUV1200

In addition to the MU series, these devices are equipped with one or two vacuum chambers on the sides.

(One chamber in the MUV series, two chambers in the MUVV series.) In this way, the molten liquid metal in the crucible can be poured into the bell jar in the vacuum chamber using a tong half, allowing the casting process to be carried out. The maximum usable bell jar size is Ø160 × 400 mm.
