MasterInject has manufactured the world’s first fully automatic, continuous-cycle wax injection machine featuring rubber mold feeding and unloading, as well as an integrated cooling system. Thanks to this innovation, production and machine costs are reduced, downtime is eliminated, and the operator’s workload is significantly simplified. The operator only needs to remove the wax from the rubber mold and place the mold into the feeding tower; after that, the machine automatically positions the mold into the clamp, injects the wax, and transfers it onto the cooling unit. This process prepares the mold to be ready for wax removal once again. The RFID (chip) reader automatically detects and reads the parameters stored on the microchip embedded in or attached to the rubber mold. The cooling temperature can be adjusted via the touchscreen display.

MI-03 SMART features:

A fully automatic wax injection machine that can be operated by one or more users. The machine is equipped with an aluminum wax tank, a 10 cm³ piston injection system, a 7” color portable external touchscreen, an RFID (chip) reader, a self-centering clamp, rubber mold feeding and unloading system, cooling system, and a VAP14 vacuum pump. It allows simultaneous operation with rubber molds of different widths, lengths, and heights. Maximum rubber mold dimensions: 100×100×50 mm

MI-03 PLUS features:

A fully automatic wax injection machine that can be operated by one or more users. The machine is equipped with an aluminum wax tank, a 25 cm³ piston injection system, a 7” color portable external touchscreen, an RFID (chip) reader, a self-centering clamp, rubber mold feeding and unloading system, cooling system, and a VAP18 vacuum pump.
