FSM200 Motorised Double-Sided Cylinder

 Durston rollers are leaders in the precision rolling industry with their durable, cast iron frames and robust construction. The FSM 200 model features automatic lubrication and can operate in both directions. The right-hand roll is designed for rolling sheet metal, while the left-hand roll is designed for rolling wire. The side rolls (rollers) allow the wires to be given a fishbone (semicircular) shape. The 5.5 kW silent motor is suitable for continuous operation. The cylinder rolls (rollers) have a hardness of 64 HRC. Roll speeds can be configured as fixed or adjustable. The emergency stop button, safety bars, side rollers and upper gear covers are safety features of the device. A digital thickness gauge and work lamps can be added as options.
