Castaldo Plast-O-Wax Waxes

With this wax, models remain flexible, elastic, and retain their shape for a long time. The models do not break even under hard impacts and are highly durable. This unbreakable nature increases efficiency and profitability. Wax models bend, flex, and twist under pressure, but thanks to their elastic properties, they return to their original shape.

Models prepared with Plast-O-Wax do not harden or become brittle over time. Thanks to their long shelf life, injected models can still be used even months later.

Plast-O-Wax is very easy to inject, process, and file.

Plast-O-Wax can be easily removed from plaster using steam dewaxing units.

With Plast-O-Wax, models can be easily released from all types of rubber molds, producing fine-detailed models with smooth, glossy surfaces and minimal shrinkage.

Castaldo GOLDEN RIVER WAX

A specially produced additive wax designed to make your existing wax more fluid and prevent softening in hot weather. Add 30–60% to your existing injection wax in the wax tank to achieve a water-like flow and prevent bending or warping in summer heat. To return to the original consistency, simply add your original injection wax back into the tank. Sold in 2 kg bags.
