MJ-02-C13C13 SMART features:

A standard dual-operator wax injection machine. The machine is equipped with an aluminum wax tank, two 25 cm³ piston injection systems, two 7” color portable external touchscreens, two RFID (chip) readers, two self-centering clamps (C13, dimensions: 130×120×50/65 mm), and a VAP14 vacuum pump.

As an alternative configuration for MJ-02, it can also be configured with C15 clamps (dimensions: 150×130×55/70 mm) and a VAP14 vacuum pump.

 

Semi-Automatic Wax Injection Machine MJ-02 Auto Start

MJ-02-C13C13A SMART features:

A semi-automatic dual-operator wax injection machine. The machine is equipped with an aluminum wax tank, two 25 cm³ piston injection systems, two 7” color portable external touchscreens, two RFID (chip) readers, two self-centering clamps (C13A, dimensions: 130×120×50 mm), and a VAP14 vacuum pump.

The Auto Start system, a world-first innovation, reduces wax injection time by up to 2 seconds compared to other competitors, significantly increasing production speed. After the rubber mold is placed into the clamp, the wax injection process starts automatically without pressing any button. It is ideal for unskilled operators . Thanks to the sensor located in the clamp, the operator’s hand is protected from being trapped. If the hand approaches the clamp during injection, the injection process stops automatically. Applicable to C10 and C13 clamps. Production speed can reach up to 300 models per hour per side, corresponding to up to 2,400 models per day.
