Castaldo Liquid Silicone Rubber Liqua Fast ICE

New Castaldo Liqua Fast ICE is a transparent, two-component, 0% shrinkage RT liquid silicone rubber. It cures (sets/solidifies) very quickly at normal room temperature, and at relatively higher temperatures the curing time becomes even shorter.

In this way, users producing 3D models—such as CAD/CAM and RP outputs made from resin and wax—can create molds in as little as 30 minutes and immediately proceed to casting. Long waiting times are no longer necessary.

Molds made with the new Castaldo Liqua Fast ICE are strong, rigid, and have high tensile strength. They can be used for many years and do not soften over time.

Thanks to its low viscosity, easy mixing, and easy pouring properties, it is possible to mold even difficult-to-cast resins and Solidscape® wax models.

LiquaFast ICE is economical compared to other traditional RTV liquid silicone rubbers.
