FREEMAN LEAF INJECTION WAXES

Freeman injection waxes have set industry standards for quality and consistency for over 40 years. Freeman waxes are known for excellent detail visibility, fast solidification time, minimal shrinkage, superior flow characteristics, and a very low ash content (0.003%). These properties allow the wax to burn out completely without residue and enable the reproduction of models with the finest details. Freeman waxes are suitable for casting platinum, gold, and silver, as well as industrial and dental alloys.

AQUA LEAF WAX

Injection Temperature: 71°C

This all-purpose wax is the most popular formulation and offers the ideal characteristics desired by many designers and casting professionals. It is also recommended for stone-in-place casting.

TURQUOISE LEAF WAX

Injection Temperature: 71°C

Similar to Aqua wax, the only difference is its color. Many designers and casting professionals prefer darker-colored waxes because they make fine details easier to see.

RUBY RED LEAF WAX

Injection Temperature: 71°C

Similar to Aqua wax, differing only in color. Darker wax tones are preferred by many designers and casters as they enhance visibility of fine details.

TUF GUY GREEN LEAF WAX

Injection Temperature: 76°C

Previously sold as Tuffy Green, this is the hardest wax among Freeman leaf waxes. With its excellent form retention, durability, and flexibility, it is ideal for larger pieces.

FILIGREE PINK LEAF WAX

Injection Temperature: 71°C

Previously sold as NYC Pink, this wax combines the flexibility of Tuf Guy Green with the excellent flow of Aqua wax. It captures very fine details such as filigree work and allows models to be removed from the mold without breaking. Recommended for stone-in-place casting.

SUPER PINK LEAF WAX

Injection Temperature: 71–73°C

This is the fastest solidifying wax. Thanks to its rapid setting properties, it prevents sink marks and is ideal for locks, prong settings, and channel settings. Since it does not transmit light, visual inspection of the model is extremely easy.

FLEXIBLE BLUE LEAF WAX

Injection Temperature: 76°C

Previously sold as Flex-Plast, this wax has the longest shelf life and highest flexibility among Freeman leaf waxes. It is a unique blend of wax and plastic, making it especially suitable for metal molds and stone-in-place casting.

CARVABLE PURPLE WAX

Injection Temperature: 76–79°C

Developed for designers and casters who frequently modify their models. It does not clog tools such as files or burs, making it easy to carve and shape. It has the highest injection temperature among Freeman leaf waxes. It can be comfortably worked by hand and is highly resistant to breakage.
