The Magnetic Polishing Machine enables the polishing of jewelry and accessories made from metals such as gold, silver, and bronze. Stainless steel pins with a diameter of 0.40 mm, or even thinner, reach even the most difficult areas, ensuring uniform polishing of the object. For this reason, the magnetic polishing machine provides a flawless and effortless solution for surface polishing processes prior to plating. The rapid rotation of the magnetic disc, composed of many powerful magnets, creates superior friction between the pins and the jewelry and accessories inside the fixed, lidded chamber. The rotation speed of the magnetic disc is adjustable and can be easily set to the desired level. The machine is designed to stop automatically at the end of the set operating time thanks to the 30-minute mechanical timer on the control panel.
