Unit Machine MU200–MU1200

These machines are designed for the following purposes:

All melting processes in which heavy fumes and oxides are generated and must be removed from the environment.

Melting all types of scrap and offcuts, such as press residues.

With the MU and TF series, we offer melting machines with crucible capacities ranging from 200 cm³ to 4,900 cm³ to meet different requirements. The material is melted in open crucibles and poured into the mold manually.

They are versatile furnaces designed for melting gold and silver alloys, as well as aluminum, bronze, brass, and similar materials. Thanks to the powerful induction generator (15 kW) and low induction frequency, metal mixing is excellent. The crucible is thermocouple-controlled from the bottom.
