Platinum & Gold Dual Function It is traditional for usual casting machines which can cast both platinum & gold to change to the proper heating coil. However, YGP-5 can cast platinum, gold, silver, and copper alloys without changing heating coil.

Mold Rotation The casting mold is rotated to cause intake-air scroll in a mold-down-sprue when melted casting metal is poured. The metal streams down along the inner surface of down sprue as a result of centrifugal force. Naturally the center of scroll (air tower) helps high efficient exhausting of gas which exists the casting metal and the mold.

Originally, pressure casting covers various designs casting such as lacework-textured fine designs ( gold & silver cast ) and very thick objects. The MOLD ROTATION SYSTEM is adopted and developed on this machine to reach higher quality casts. As a result of mold rotating, it has realized that higher efficient of substitution between casted (pouring) metal and gas which exists casting mold or / and casting metal itself. Better efficient-substitution effects improvement of high quality cast-production and stable demands.
