Over the past 30 years, Freeman Manufacturing & Supply Co. has manufactured and sold more jewelry injection wax than any other company in the world. And now, we've taken our wax back under  our own name and have renewed our conviction  to continue to be the leader in the industry      Our formulations are renowned for their high pattern detail, rapid wax solidification, minimal shrinkage, excellent flow, and low ash content (.003%) enabling the cleanest burnouts and most accurate reproductions possible. Freeman Flakes

	Aqua Flakes Injection Temp: 65ºC / 150ºF This all-purpose injection wax is our most popular formulation as it provides the ideal balance of characteristics demanded by most designers and casters. Also recommended for stone in place casting.
	Turquoise Flakes Injection Temp: 65ºC / 150ºF Similar to our Aqua Flakes, except for the turquoise color. Many designers and casters prefer the darker color for easier visual verification of fine detail.
	Ruby Red Flakes Injection Temp: 65ºC / 150ºF Similar to our Aqua Flakes, except for the deep red color. Many designers and casters prefer the darker color for easier visual verification of fine detail.
	Tuf Guy Green Flakes Injection Temp: 73ºC / 165ºF Formerly sold as Tuffy Green Flakes. This is the toughest wax of our Freeman Flakes line. Its accuracy and durable, yet flexible characteristics make it ideal for large pieces.

	Flexible Blue Flakes Injection Temp: 68ºC / 155ºF Formerly sold as Flex-Plast Flakes. Featuring the longest shelf-life and highest flexibility of the Freeman Flakes line, this unique mixture of wax and plastic is especially well-suited for metal molds and stone in place casting.
	Carvable Purple Injection Temp: 77ºC / 170ºF Developed for designers and casters who often rework wax patterns, this wax offers superior carvability with minimal filling or clogging of tools. Also, with the highest injection temperatures of the Freeman Flakes line, it will not break under stress and enables easier handling.

Golden RiverTM wax additive makes jewelry injection waxes flow like water. And there is no need to change waxes or clean out your wax pot with all the work, mess and delay that it causes. Just add a handful or two of Golden RiverTM wax additive to your current pot and see the improved flow almost immediately. Later you can add more of your original wax to return to normal conditions. Available in convenient flake form, packaged in plastic bags containing 2 kg. (4.4 lbs.) each.

Castaldo® Blue Plastic™ wax is made of a combination of high quality wax compounds and special plastics blended to offer all the best qualities of both materials. Castaldo® Blue Plastic™ wax is very flexible, resilient and durable with great memory. It combines the excellent flow & fill characteristics of wax and the durability of plastic. Castaldo® Blue Plastic™ wax produces patterns with smooth glossy surface, crisp detail and minimal shrinkage. Castaldo® Blue Plastic™ wax is easy to work with - - It releases easily from molds and using wax tools and files is easy! Patterns made from Castaldo® Blue Plastic™ wax do not become brittle over time, but last and last in long-term storage. And unlike plastic-only pattern materials, it can easily be steam de-waxed. Available in convenient flake form, packaged in plastic bags containing 2.27 kg. (5 lbs.) or boxes containing 22.7 kg. (50 lbs.) each.
