The HI-SCAN 5180i is a newly designed X-ray inspection system fpr screening objects up to a maximum size of 51cm (20") x 80cm (31") (widthxheight).
The system therefore is perfectly suitable for the inspection of check-in baggage in civil aviation.The compact dimensions,the low conveyor belt, and the system technology ready for network operation make the HI-SCAN 5180i an outstanding basic system for integrated check-in counter systems featuring centeral image analyses.
The tunnel height of 80cm (31") corresponds to the ECAC guidelines for usable heights in baggage conveying systems at airports.
As part of ProLine family the system can be extended by a variety of ergonomically and logistically useful components.
