With the development of the new version of the THS
Pharmaceutical Metal Detector, besides maintaining its superb
performance in terms of sensitivity to both magnetic and
non magnetic metals, and its high immunity to environmental
interference, it introduces an absolute innovation in terms of
programming, compliance with ISO 9001 standards certifi cation
for the control of product under test. The THS / PH is designed
so that it is able to communicate with other devices connected
in a local or remote communications network.
The fact that the detector is controlled by a microcomputer
means that all the operating parameters may be programmed
remotely and can also be set to inspect products with diffi cult
detection characteristics.
The digital analysis of the signal supplied by the coil (D.S.P.
Digital Signal Processing) allows a very high degree of
sensitivity to be obtained coupled with maximum immunity
to environmental interference and digital compensation of the
"product effect".
